Operations Manager – Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri)

We are a team of farm animal vets and office-based admin staff, based in a new premises in Wisborough Green, West Sussex.

You are a motivated, organized and proactive Operations Manager who can support the Directors in the day-to-day running of our busy veterinary practice. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, confidence with IT and some financial experience. Veterinary industry experience is not essential but some farming knowledge is advantageous.

We need your help to:

• Manage operational logistics to ensure the highest level of service to our farm clients
• Ensure health and safety compliance for the practice and its staff
• Be responsible for staff, including managing appraisals, contracts and recruitment
• Look after the accounts, including invoicing, paying suppliers and staff payroll
• Take care of practice administration.
