Practice Administrator (Part-time)

The Livestock Partnership are looking for a part-time Practice Administrator, based at our premises in Wisborough Green, West Sussex. We have a friendly team of 5 farm vets plus TB tester, who are supported by a small, but essential office-based admin team.

This part-time (job share) is a permanent position. The Practice Administrator will work under the supervision of our Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of our busy veterinary practice including reception duties, diary scheduling, dispensary management and general administration tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communications, confidence with IT and enjoy working as a team. Previous experience of the veterinary sector is not necessary, however, some farming knowledge is essential. Salary commensurate with candidate’s experience.
